In 2004 the company commenced a new build residential development in central Lincoln comprising 31 luxury apartments and three town houses. This scheme utilised a steel frame construction over four stories, however,
due to the sensitivity of the site in terms of archaeological interest, the foundations for the main building were designed to minimise ground disruption with only 5% of the ground area being disturbed in the laying of concrete column
foundations.
