Our development schemes include the restoration, renovation and extension of a Victorian cottage hospital in Woodhall Spa, where the existing 18,000 sqft building was converted into 11 luxury apartments, including the re instatement of many original features such as panelling, pediments, fireplaces, plaster cornice, marble flooring, etc, etc. This project also incorporated a further 10,000 sq ft extension as a wing to the existing building forming four additional apartments and an underground car-park. Due to the high water table in the area a system of driven sheet piling was utilised to prevent water ingress to the basement car-park.
